How does laser cutting work?

Our machines are equipped with a laser source and a movable tip that moves over the material. The laser beam is focused on the material and heats it up to the point where it melts or steams away, resulting in a cut.

To get the finest cuts, each material and thickness needs its own parameters, which we carefully tune before production.
